| I am the child's Biological Father These folks are not related and are using their financial security to deny my rights to father my child, and the Courts are entertaining this charade. |
I presented evidence at the
trial that this Woman's son,
(alleged father in Rehab) has
physically abused her
husband, and she has not
reported it, and this is the
home that my daughter is
suppose to reside in?
The Trial was discontinued
because I presented Evidence
that if the Judge continued to
allow to be heard, he would
have been obligated to grant
my petitions, showing the Best
interest of the Child, beyond a
preponderance of Evidence.

| How Does Anyone Have The Right To Assume That My Daughter is so different than any other child, and that she has no need to have her biological father in her life? How can the same Government grant me sole custody of 4 other children, and then attempt to deny my right to even visitation of this child? Is this child not entitled to establish lifelong bonds with her siblings.? Do we not consider the long term effects that this will have on this child? Do we not realize the animosity this child will hold, throughout her life, when she is finally told the truth. Is it truly in the best interest of the child to base this child's earliest stages of reality on lies? Is it truly in the best interest of the child to sequester the biological father, and imprison this child on an island of no biological connection? |

THE COURTS HAVE MADE MISTAKES THAT THEY ARE
ATTEMPTING TO COVER UP, BY ALLOWING AN INJUSTICE TO
OCCUR. Devra Lopez the Court Investigator Neglected procedures
which would have established myself as the father and would have
prevented a Guardianship of my daughter to non Relatives. (and to think
that she would have suggested that I use this hearing as "Closure",
stating that I "have done all that I could do to father my daughter").

Devra Lopez places blame of the injustice on the fact that I relied upon a
governmental agency to conduct Paternity Tests (Butte County Child Support
Services) Stating that The Governmental Agency Did not act quick enough to
prove paternity, so the Non-Relatives have established a relationship.

And Now The Courts have Vacated The Upcoming Review of Guardianship, acting as
though this is a case of Adoption. This Is Kidnapping, and I as the Biological Father
will have to go to any means necessary to Assure that This Crime Against My Family
does not continue.
